Help us understand the issue
For a Full purchase, include your Razorpay payment reference and the email address used on the payment form. Do not make another payment merely because delivery is pending. For a workbook issue, name the spreadsheet app and version, the sheet involved and what you expected to happen. A small example with invented data is usually enough; do not send passwords, card details or unnecessary client or financial records.
Payment and delivery help
The payment and delivery page links to the hosted Razorpay payment form. It requires your email address and phone number. We use the email address entered there to deliver Full; you do not need to email a payment claim to start delivery.
We verify that Razorpay marks the ₹799 payment as captured and match it to the product and buyer email. A success screen, screenshot or receipt alone does not complete this verification. Settlement from Razorpay to our bank is a separate step.
The Full workbook is emailed within 24 hours after captured payment verification. If that window has passed, check spam and contact support with the Razorpay payment reference. If a payment is pending or money was debited without confirmation, contact us before paying again. For a lost file, reply to the original delivery email. A new payment is not required to request help.
Scope & Revision Tracker
For the separate Scope & Revision Tracker pack, use the Scope payment and delivery page. We verify the captured ₹399 payment and buyer email in Razorpay, then email the ZIP within 24 hours after verification. If you need help, include your payment reference and the email used on the payment form.
Representative checks passed in Microsoft Excel 16. Google Sheets and LibreOffice have not been tested. The fictional example uses USD; enter a single currency per project, without conversion.
