The digital products
Lite is a free XLSX income-record workbook. Full is an XLSX workbook with income, expense and client records, April–March summaries and a planning worksheet. Files are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped.
The Scope & Revision Tracker is a separate ZIP pack containing a blank XLSX workbook, a worked example, a start guide and a preview image. It records project scope, change decisions and effort entered by you. It does not obtain approvals, determine contractual rights or provide legal advice.
The two paid offers are workbook products. Free browser tools are described separately below. No automated assistant, custom work or ongoing rule-update service is included.
Free browser tools
Change Order Draft prepares editable text from the scope, change, rate and hours you enter. Update Calendar Kit creates a calendar file for manual import; it does not send follow-ups or establish a live reminder service. Channel Cut Brief structures the first five source ideas into editable reel, carousel and caption templates. These early-access tools are currently free.
The tools use fixed rules and templates, with no AI API, automatic messaging, legal review or fact-checking. Review the inputs, calculations, wording and timing before using or sharing an output. Calendar time zones and alert behaviour depend on the app into which you import the file. Your exported drafts and events may be used in your own work.
Your use and the workbook’s limits
You enter and maintain the records manually. Summaries use entered invoice dates; they do not separately track bank receipt dates. Check your entries and results before relying on them.
Planning estimates use preset assumptions and your inputs. They are not verified determinations of tax liability, eligibility, registration requirements or filing deadlines, and the workbook does not submit returns. Obtain advice appropriate to your circumstances where needed.
Software and storage
The format is XLSX. Native Excel, Google Sheets and LibreOffice use have not all been verified for this release. Try Lite in your preferred spreadsheet app first. You control where you store and share your downloaded file.
Payment and delivery
Full costs ₹799 as a one-time purchase. Use the Razorpay link on our payment and delivery page. Check the product and amount on the hosted payment page. Enter your email address and phone number as required by its form; no storefront account is required.
We check the payment in our Razorpay account and verify its captured status, ₹799 amount, product and buyer email. A success screen, screenshot or customer message alone does not complete this check. Razorpay’s settlement to our bank is a separate step.
The Full workbook is delivered manually by email to the address entered on the payment form within 24 hours after captured payment verification. You do not need to send a separate payment claim. There is no instant-download link. Repeated payment references are checked against existing records rather than treated as new payments.
Keep your Razorpay payment reference, delivery email and file. Contact support for a pending payment, missing delivery or lost file; do not pay again solely because an email or attachment is missing.
The separate Scope & Revision Tracker pack costs ₹399 once. Its payment and delivery page links to a separate Razorpay page. We verify the captured ₹399 payment and buyer email, then manually email the ZIP to that address within 24 hours after verification. No instant download is provided. Representative checks were performed in Microsoft Excel 16; Google Sheets and LibreOffice have not been tested. The fictional example uses USD; enter your own single currency per project without conversion.
Refunds and support
Full and Scope & Revision Tracker each have a 7-day refund policy. Refund and support requests are handled manually. The delivery commitment above applies after captured payment verification; it is not a general support-response or bank-processing guarantee. No perpetual update commitment is made. These terms do not restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
